Luxembourg for Business has been established as an Economic Interest Grouping (French: Groupement d'Intérêt Economique G.I.E.) and federates the forces of both, the private and public sectors.

is a public institution representing and defending the interests of approximately 35,000 companies. It provides advice and assistance to anyone interested in doing business in Luxembourg and offers highly qualified training programmes through its training institute IFCC.
is a public constituted institution and is one of six professional chambers for employers and employees in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The mission centres on safeguarding and defending the interests of businesses in the trade and crafts sector, participating in the legislative procedure, securing the membership of businesses in the trade and crafts sector as well as organising training.
is Luxembourg's business federation incorporating multi-sector companies representing industry, construction and enterprise services. FEDIL's mission is to defend the professional interest of its members as well as to supervise and analyse economic, social, industrial and related activities in the Grand Duchy.
is a bank specialising in medium and long term financing of investments made by Luxembourg based companies. SNCI's financing instruments are investments in fixed assets, innovations and exports. SNCI also grants start-up loans to SMEs and finances investments of Luxembourg companies abroad.
is the one stop shop for exports and aims to promote Luxembourg goods and services through various financial instruments such as for example credit insurance. COPEL, Ducroire´s affiliate, further engages in financial support for promotional support material, translations of presentation support, trade fairs, seminars, conferences, advertising costs, export training and consultancy services.
Founding members of Luxembourg for Business are the Ministry of the Economy and Foreign Trade and the Ministry for SMEs, Tourism and Housing.
