Luxembourg´s Trade Promotion Organisation (TPO), Luxembourg for Business, contributes to the programme as defined by the Minister of the Economy and Foreign Trade whereby the organisation's mission and activities mainly centre on strategic marketing.

Luxembourg for Business defines its competence area as generating added value and competence through the streamlining and coordinating of existing partner structures which benefit the Luxembourg economy in contributing to the promotion of a coherent nation brand abroad.

Specifically, Luxembourg for Business’s mission is to:

  • Develop and implement a coherent and efficient promotion of 'Made in Luxembourg' goods and services in foreign markets.
  • Create added value in the internationalisation of the Luxembourg economy through developing state-of-the-art promotion tools.
  • Analyse its members current work processes and competences and if necessary detect efficient and avant-garde solutions to improve professionalism amongst these members. This aspect focuses on knowledge management, knowledge generation and capacity building projects.
