Pre-welcome services:

Before move to Luxembourg, the no EU expatriate must make a declaring immigration, it's a obligatory procedure before any departure. We will inform him/her all the procedures he/she has to do and it depends on the nationality of the expatriate. We give him/her also all information related to his/her relocation in Luxembourg.

Welcome services:

We choose apartments or houses for rent or for purchase, based on the employee's request at very competitive prices; after that we get all the connections (for electricity, phone and mobile phone, internet, TV); We find a school on the appropriate educational level for the children, and we check in the child allowance request. We assist them in setting up a bank account, receiving their tax card and with the registration with local authorities. Relocation services assist recuperating pets and cars and make sure its clients posses a valid driver’s license. Moreover we help them obtain the most important insurance coverage, such as health, house and car insurance.
However we don't only do the paper work, but also make sure that the family of the expatriate is involved in different activities where they can meet expatriates like them, as well as local people. We organize dinners, cocktail parties, trips to the museum or in the city. We primarily try to introduce them to the culture and the lifestyle of Luxembourg. And for people who suffer from relocation anxiety, we have a life coach that can help them manage their stress.

Departure services:

When expatriates return to their country of origin, we take over their moving out inspection, we are in charge of paper work related to cancellation (such as cancellation for connections, school and child allowance, registration at local authorities and their tax card). Our agency assists them to call off their insurance (health, house and car), and their car registration. We make sure the post office won’t deliver any mail to their old address and that all of their mail will be reshipped to their home country.

Property management and renting

Ab-Lux Relocation services offers you exceptional management service while tailoring our offerings to suit your particular needs.
We manage your property and we have all the services that you would expect.
Our services include research of tenants, and after that we draw up rental contracts, we organise the moving-in and moving-out inspections, we arrange different services like concierge and cleaning services, but also we take care for an insurance against unpaid rent and we require claims for rent.
