PROnewtech is an engineering consultancy affiliated to FEDIL ICT and the « Ordre des Architectes et Ingénieurs » in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, competent and experienced in the fields of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the “Green ICT”.
Totally independent, its vocation is to study and analyze for its clients the most cost effective solution between manufacturers, integrators and service providers.
Created in 2009 within the European group of economic interests PROgroup GEIE, PROnewtech is an independent entity. The scope of the entity is to enlarge its portfolio of services, especially in the fields of Environment and Sustainable Development.
PROnewtech is providing consultancy and engineering services by offering a complete range of services including :
 preliminary / feasibility studies
 management / coordination of the tendering procedures
 technical and financial evaluations, formulation of recommendations
 follow up of the project implementation till final acceptance
 specific technical assistance and various strategic studies

Products/services offered

PROnewtech develops concepts, launches tendering procedures and ensures the follow-up of projects in various ICT fields : IT, telephony, security and mobility. For PROnewtech the role of ICT is in particular the enabling factor for improving the environmental performance of infrastructures and their use, but also the supporting range of tools and applications which inform and may considerably facilitate critical policy choices which will directly fall on local and regional authorities. In this context improving energy performance through innovative use of ICT is one of the concepts to be studied when establishing a single vision for cross-border ICT infrastructures.
The experts of PROnewtech have yet been involved and participated into international telecom projects for the European Commission (TACIS Program) and the European Investment Bank (3rd Rural Telecom Project in Syria).
