Lebanon, Beirut
Passed: Project Lebanon
With Lebanon receiving significant local and international backing to reestablish itself as an important Mediterranean capital, the opportunities for construction companies are attractive. There is a similar story for the rest of the region, with industry estimates talking of a potential of $1 trillion building projects up coming in the wider Middle Eastern region.
This oil-funded investment is likely to be sustained over the medium term. Developers, engineers, architects, project managers, building materials specialists, as well as investors and government officials will be there, providing excellent person-to-person networking opportunities. The fair will be held between 1-4 June in the Beirut Intrenational Exhibitions and Leisure Centre, located in the capital's central business district, just 15 minutes from the airport.
The Luxembourg Pavilion will be organised by the Ministry of the Economy and Foreign Trade.
