A new Luxembourg honorary consul to the Russian Federation was sworn in on 14th December.
Victor Rashnikov, currently chairing the board of directors of the steelmaker Magnitogorsk Metallurgski Kombinat (MMK S.A.), is Luxembourg’s honorary consul in Gnitogorsk, with jurisdiction over the region of Tcheliabinsk. Rashnikov joins Luxembourg’s high level consular network in Russia in order to improve cooperation with the country and develop economic cooperation.
